Each measurement takes 1โ2 minutes. No equipment needed โ just you and a timer.

6Sitting-Rising Test โ strength, flexibility & coordination
Sit quietly for 2โ3 minutes. Place 2 fingers on your wrist (inner side, below thumb) or neck. Count heartbeats for 30 seconds ร 2 = beats per minute.

Resting Breathing Rate
Breathe completely normally. Don't change your rhythm. Count full breath cycles for 30 seconds ร 2. One inhale + one exhale = 1 cycle.
Test 3 of 6
Forward Bend
Stand straight, feet together, legs completely straight. Slowly bend forward and reach as low as you can. Don't bounce. Check where your hands reach.
Test 4 of 6
Balance on One Leg
Raise one leg and press its heel to the knee of your standing leg. Extend both arms forward. Eyes open! Time how long you can hold. Take the best of 2 attempts on each leg.
Test 5 of 6
Shoulder Clasp Behind the Back
Right arm: reach over your right shoulder (arm goes up then behind). Left arm: reach behind your lower back (arm goes up from below).
Try to clasp fingers. Switch sides (left over, right under). Take the best result.
Test 6 of 6 โ Sitting-Rising Test
Sit Down & Stand Up From the Floor
Cross your legs and sit down on the floor without using hands or knees for support. Then stand back up the same way โ no support.
