Neuro Gymnastics โ€” Cross-body

Rotate both arms simultaneously in opposite directions. Then rotate hands and feet in opposite directions. These movements connect both hemispheres of the brain. Start slowly โ€” coordination comes with practice.

Inhale through your nose. Exhale slowly through your teeth with a gentle "Sss" sound. The exhale should be 2โ€“3ร— longer than the inhale. This activates the parasympathetic nervous system โ€” calming the body deeply.
